Account Expiration & Access
Once your active plan tier (e.g., 30-day validity) concludes without renewal, your account will immediately enter an "Expired" state. During this state, you will be restricted from accessing the application dashboard, and login capabilities will be disabled to protect system bandwidth and enforce our premium structure.
6-Month Inactivity Deletion Protocol
In compliance with strict data security measures, any account that remains without an active plan or remains completely unaccessed for a prolonged continuous period of six (6) months will be permanently terminated.
All associated data, including generated resumes, cover letters, system preferences, and user identities, will be purged and irreversibly deleted from our servers to ensure a strict minimum-data-retention environment.
